Photo Information

The image at the top of the page is a Lockheed L-10E Electra. An Aircraft of this type was used by Amelia Earhart on her attempted 1937 world flight. The attempt failed and she and her navigator Fred Noonan have been missing ever since (or have they?).
In my opinion this fine aircraft is one of the most beautiful airplanes ever created. This photograph was taken at the Museum of Flight in Seattle, WA in 2018. Their official website can be found here.
